Does What It

just wish it had the option to make it do the classic Grandfather clock warning sound before striking the hour or instead of the singal bell at the half hour…if youve got a Grandfather clock at home you know what I mean!

Does just what it says

Love the Cathedral bell

fantastic and please add timer function!!!

please please please please these bells are so beautiful and the other sounds delicately made- thank you so much but i really want to use them as a meditation & other timer….but im not sure how to set them easily. it would be wonderful if there were - in addition to the schedule function- a simple choice of 5, 10, 15, 30, etc. say up to an hour options timer function, where one could simply select from the preset timer times and then click on the corresponding bell desired at the end of the time. again thank you!

Fun!!! Great sound!

Love the Vatican bells!!!

Nice app

Once it was installed, it didnt show up in my apps so I wasnt sure how to modify things. That was a bit frustrating until I realized it was on the top toolbar of my Mac and I could easily make changes.. I also discovered that I did not want to hear Winchester chimes every hour on the hour, so I switched to a much simpler chime and lowered the volume. This I can live with and its nice.

WARNING!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY….. WARNING!

Cannot update… it will not close to do update. BIGGER WARNING!!!!…. It Won’t delete!!!!!!! I thought it was deleted. I have tried and tried to delete it time and time again….. but it keeps coming back! I am going to have to erase and reinstall my OS if Apple Care can’t help me get rid of this that is in my opinion…. a bug/bacteria/virus. IT WILL NOT GO AWAY!!! IT WON’T DELETE!!!!!

This Needs a LOT of Work.

Where to start. First, the chimes arent very good. Theyre tinny, slightly distorted, and the decay is unaturally clipped. Depending on your expectations, they may be tolerable but they are *not* beautiful. Second, if youre expecting Westminster Chimes, this app doesnt deliver. And you only have the choice of hourly or on the half hour. Third, overall the controls are somewhat crude with no real granularity. On the Plus side, its free, so it doesnt cost anything but time, and if it you may like it.

Seems to do the trick

I downloaded this app to use in a classroom, and it seems like it’s going to work pretty well. I do have some user comments and feature requests though. 1.) It would be great to be able to provide your own sound file for the bell rings 2.) It would be fabulous if you could select more than one bell sound. (For example, Bell 1 for the start of class and Bell 2 to signal clean-up time) 3.) It would be phenomenal and it would improve the UI a lot if during schedule mode you had a radio button to select which days each scheduled bell would ring. For example: Bell [1] Time [9:00am] Days Su [ ] M [X] Tu [ ] W [X] Th [X] F [X] Sa [ ] Anyway, four stars for usable and free. I’d pay for an app that had the expanded features that I described above. Cheers to you

and also how to delete

running os x 10.10, downloaded and installed. never saw a screen as above on this page. tried to delete but denied because it was open but no indication. finally deleted App out of launch pad. hard to rate as i never was able to set it up or use it. most people seem to like it though. maybe its not made to run on iMac, (desktop).. to DELETE open launchpad. hold down alt/option key, closing X’s appear on all app. icons. click X to close. then open finder/applications and delete if it is still in there.

so bad...

POS crashes system - how do they manage to do that?
