This Needs a LOT of Work.

Where to start.

First, the chimes arent very good. Theyre tinny, slightly distorted, and the decay is unaturally clipped. Depending on your expectations, they may be tolerable but they are *not* beautiful.
Second, if youre expecting Westminster Chimes, this app doesnt deliver. And you only have the choice of hourly or on the half hour.
Third, overall the controls are somewhat crude with no real granularity.

On the Plus side, its free, so it doesnt cost anything but time, and if it you may like it.
